You could, but ZnO is insoluble in and denser than water so it will settle very quickly. Think sand and water. It would be difficult to get a good, even application. You are better off rubbing lotion/cream first, then using a powder brush to dust ZnO on. Not that I recommend this - you shouldn't breathe ZnO powder but then again, people unknowingly do since it's one of the main ingredients in powder makeup, esp. mineral makeup.

I have a question:

if i just mix 100 gram of water with 10 gram of Mironised zincoixde and stirr/shake it very good and apply it immediately,

would that be alright?

or what would be the disadvantages of that instead of making/adding it in a lotion?

So glad you are doing this! I recently bought a neutrogena "stick" style of sunblock for a trip, which turned out to be quite convenient - but very expensive, and already half-gone. Will look forward very much to your report - thanks!
